All completed digital creative reports - Evaluation
In conclusion, I believe a decent job with all the creative reports. I am mostly proud of the collecting and receiving three interviews from all professionals that I contacted. I am also very fond of how I was able to get a variety of professionals in the Art industry and each one has their unique area on which they work on.
In addition, I also found it very useless and interesting while reading their answer to the interview questions I had given them. It allowed me to have an insight of the reality behind the true meaning of working in the art industry as a secure job.
These professionals are very passionate about their work, this can been seen not only by they way the answered the questions on the interview I gave them. But also on their websites, how they show off their work to the web. From the work that they display on the website demonstrates how much hard work is put into their clients work.
For the editorial side of the creative report editorial designs is not one of my strengths within this area. I tried to get as much inspiration from existing editorial book layout designs which did help me a lot. However my creative reports look to much similar to each other like the layout of the text and the images. I believe I will need to explore into this area further or even practice some in my free time. I will definitely explore more when it comes to using grids and working with a selection of them for future briefs.
I would like to make some of my creative reports physically, however when I printed all the creative reports on cartridge paper the work from the professionals where too pixelated and it would not look as professional when printed on nicer paper.
I am fond of my cover designs of my creative reports as they were all colour coordinated the black and white colours. This could mean these creative reports can be a set but each from a different background in the art industry.
I believe I could of done a lot better with the creative reports than what I have done. For examples not all creative reports did not need to be in book form but could either be a poster or an animation and so on.
