Overall, during
this module I have been quite efficient and organised when doing PPP studio briefs
(Reflective Practice, Self branding and presentation) as well as the study tasks. I
believe didn't do as well in this module as I had no idea on how I was supposed to brand my identity and I didn't really have an idea on what my interests was either more
compared to my previous one. During Self branding brief there were some
difficulties as I had trouble on how to present myself without using the typical business card and so on. Designing the logos for my self branding was enjoyable to do, I enjoyed recreating the different ways and styles that presented me as an individual as it had a simple yet mature and sophisticated
look. Compare to it my previous work in the pass GCSE and A-levels were all quite childish and playful for a
young children's imagination. I also wanted
it to be quite clear, simple and minimalistic with my identity as I know I have more time to develop more on this in the later future. But in conclusion once I had a concept and theme for my self branding it when quite well.
Next reflective practice was quite challenging for me as I had no idea what I was inspire by this is why there is not a lot of visits to studios, exhibitions and galleries. However, I did do a lot of experimental and inductions which help me evolve in my practical side of graphic design. I found this both interesting and fascinating. Hopefully I'll get to do more in the later future.
Finally, the presentation which had to be done verbally and visually was successful. Tutor and peers gave me lots of good comments and feedback. Like my presentation was very engaging especially with images and my tone of voice was very friendly but honest. I didn't sound nervous during my speech as I mention I get very shy and scared when presenting in front of people and they said I sounded quite confident.
